We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping and overnight shipping for an additional fee. All orders over $1500 qualify for free standard shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery. You can also find tracking information in your account dashboard under "Order History".
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will address the issue.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
